When you log in using OTP or account authentication, we process your mobile number and OTP validation details for security and access control. We may also store app session data, progress data, cached content, and local learning records in a secure device storage area required for app functionality.

We use your information to:

• Authenticate and authorize access to the App
• Maintain learner profiles and account access
• Deliver course content, assessments, and training materials
• Track learning progress, completion, and certificates
• Provide support and respond to help requests or bug reports
• Improve app functionality, security, and user experience

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data only with authorized NDDB personnel, trusted service providers supporting hosting, application operations, analytics, security, or maintenance, and only where required to provide the requested services or comply with legal obligations.

Information may also be disclosed if required by law, a court order, government authority, or to protect the safety, rights, or security of NDDB, our users, or the public.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organization-level safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Access to sensitive information is restricted to authorized personnel and systems used for operational support.

Please note that no system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your device, software access, and credentials from unauthorized use.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, to comply with legal and institutional obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce policies. When data is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymized in a secure manner where feasible and lawful.

You may also manage app permissions in your device settings. However, disabling certain permissions may affect the functionality of the App, including login, notifications, and course access.

7. Local Device Storage and Cookies

The App may use local device storage and secure app storage to maintain session state, save progress, retain downloaded content, and provide a smoother learning experience. The App does not generally use web cookies in the traditional sense, but local data storage may be used for app functionality and user experience.

8. Children and Minors

The App is intended for authorized learners and institutional users. It should not be used by children or minors without appropriate parental, guardian, or institutional supervision and consent where required by law.
